Logistics & Sourcing
Pieces are sourced, consolidated, and brought in — including ocean freight when the specification calls for it. Assembly is scheduled into the month, before guests arrive.

Deep clean to guest-ready
White-Glove Installation
Across the month the crew installs, hangs art, dresses the beds, stocks cutlery and linens, and deep-cleans. You get a walkthrough when the property is ready for keys or check-in.
